Laundry Maintenance
All laundry equipment should be scheduled for maintenance on the residential aged care facility's preventative maintenance schedule. All tasks are to be completed per the schedule, with correct documentation stored for validation.
The preventative maintenance programme will ensure and maintain the correct and safe operation of equipment. Including equipment calibration to ensure water level controls, temperature controls, and timer controls comply with required standards.
Regular pest control inspections are to be undertaken, and action taken when needed, to reduce vermin.
